Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and c444k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at c444k.io. These Terms govern all use of the c444k platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support channels.

By accessing the c444k platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the c444k platform.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. c444k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the c444k platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds from a Player to their c444k account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by c444k before a Player may withdraw funds.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The c444k platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. c444k employs age verification procedures and will request documentary proof of age at any stage. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds within it handled in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active c444k account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other payment wallet. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

The c444k platform is designed to serve players based in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. c444k does not accept liability for any player who uses the platform in a jurisdiction where such activity may be restricted.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your account. c444k will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify c444k support immediately via live chat or by emailing support at c444k.io. c444k will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation. c444k accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

c444k is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. c444k reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your c444k account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of the closure request, subject to KYC completion. Bonus balances that have not met the relevant wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

Withdrawals requested outside business hours may take up to four hours. c444k reserves the right to impose a 48-hour security review period on withdrawals that exceed ৳50,000 or that trigger fraud detection alerts.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the c444k platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees. c444k does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

c444k is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Deposits that are not followed by genuine gaming activity may be refused or returned. c444k reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal. Any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by c444k are subject to these general Terms and to any additional specific terms communicated at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion description. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the automatic removal of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. c444k reserves the right to withhold or revoke a bonus if it determines that a player has been exploiting promotional offers, using automated strategies, or otherwise circumventing the spirit of the promotion. 6.4 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from bonus funds, after the wagering requirement has been fully met, are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification and AML checks.

6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

c444k reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted prior to the change.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the c444k platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. 7.3 Void Bets

c444k reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, a technical fault, or any circumstance that materially compromised the integrity of the market. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. c444k's decision on void bets is final, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 15.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are specified for each game and betting market within the platform interface. These limits may vary by game type, VIP tier, and account status. c444k reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits without prior notice where fraud, abuse, or irregular betting patterns are detected.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c444k platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under false or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or engaging in team-play strategies designed to circumvent house edge.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. c444k operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and certified fair-play RNG systems. c444k does not make specific claims about regulatory approval from any particular governmental body; players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
